Terms & Conditions
Start Time: Booking begins when you enter the studio. Allow time for setup. Early entry can not be accommodated.
End Time: Your booking ends at the designated time. Set up and clean time must be factored into rental time. Overtime charges: under 15 minutes will be billed at 2x the hourly rate, and over 15 minutes at 4x the hourly rate.
Gear Care: Treat studio equipment with care. Any damage will incur replacement charges.
Facility: Leave the work areas and the surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. It is the renter’s responsibility to clean the space - sweeping up any debris and wiping up any spills. Furniture must be returned to original location. Failure to do any of the above will result in a fee starting at $75 (depending on the extent of the mess). Any damage to the facility or its contents will be charged at replacement cost.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the booked start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.
Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before booked start time are not refundable.
Area Hall Art House reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reschedule or cancel any booking at any time. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Area Hall Art House, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative dates or a full refund, as applicable.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age to book. Guests under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Materials & Special Effects: Use of open flames, smoke bombs, candles, fireworks, pyrotechnics, glitter, confetti, powder, or any other materials that are difficult to clean or could cause damage must be approved in advance.
Productions incorporating these elements may require additional safety protocols and proof of insurance (Certificate of Insurance – COI).
Please reach out before your booking if your production involves any of these materials so we can review safety procedures and coverage requirements.
Content Restrictions: AH AH prohibits bookings for pornographic or adult entertainment. Full nudity is not allowed.
Insurance & Liability: Productions with more than 10 people on site require a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Smaller shoots may not require a COI, but all clients are fully liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during their booking.
